I believe at some point in our lives we all need some extra support. Therapy gives people the opportunity to talk to a non-judgmental, caring individual who can help you in the difficult moments of your life, and help you feel not alone or lost.
I have worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment and community mental health. I specialize in working with individuals and families who are struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, behavioral issues, and family conflict. I incorporate DBT, CBT and personal accountability into my treatment.
I will do my best to create safety and trust so that you can make the right choices for yourself and your well being. I will challenge you as needed and encourage positive change.
