Meet me at Psychology Today

I believe at some point in our lives we all need some extra support. Therapy gives people the opportunity to talk to a non-judgmental, caring individual who can help you in the difficult moments of your life, and help you feel not alone or lost.

I bring experience from a range of settings including residential treatment and community mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, behavioral concerns, and family conflict. I incorporate DBT, CBT, EMDR and a strong focus personal accountability.

I strive to build a trusting and respectful relationship where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions. My role is to support you and invite reflection that encourages positive, meaningful change.

If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room for help.
